We are a construction design office that specializes in the design of reinforced concrete structures for residential, service, and industrial buildings. Our area of expertise centers around precast elements. Our vast experience enables us to not only optimize your building’s design but also to convert it into a precast structure if desired.
As part of our daily operations, we utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to facilitate seamless collaboration with other industries. Our 3D models are comprehensive and contain all necessary information required at each stage of an investment.
Our objective is to offer investors, architects, and precast factories a comprehensive and transparent documentation package. This package serves as the foundation for constructing buildings that align with our customers’ expectations.
We continuously enhance our expertise by undertaking challenging projects in Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. Our work adheres to EC standards while also considering country-specific annexes.

Our service
PRECAST DESIGN
Our precast design services include the design of individual structural elements such as columns, beams, ground beams, stairs, walls, and prestressed concrete girders. Additionally, we develop comprehensive documentation for filigree, hollow core, and full prestressed floor slabs, as well as composite, solid, and three-layer walls.
We design for modern production lines that utilize automatic prefabrication technology. To accomplish this, we generate .pxml and .uni files to facilitate the efficient and accurate production of precast elements.
REINFORCED CONCRETE DESIGN
Our reinforced concrete design services cover technical and executive designs for all types of reinforced concrete structures. With our extensive experience, we can design reinforced concrete structures interchangeably as prefabricated or monolithic structures. A well-designed prefabricated structure is as effective as a monolithic structure and saves time on site.
In addition to designing new structures, we offer reinforcement and redevelopment design services to improve the safety and longevity of existing structures.
PRESTRESSED AND POST-TENSIONED CONCRETE DESIGN
Our prestressed and post-tensioned concrete design services include technological design and prestressing programs for post-tensioned and prestressed concrete structures. We provide technological designs for prestressing cubature structures using post-tensioned concrete technology.
We also offer workshop and executive designs of prestressed concrete elements. Our expertise in this area ensures the safe and efficient use of prestressed and post-tensioned concrete technology in your construction projects.
RESIDENTIAL, SERVICE AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN
Our construction design services cover a broad range of residential, service, and industrial constructions. We design residential buildings of any reinforced or mixed construction, as well as fully prefabricated buildings. The use of precast construction technology saves time and labor on site, resulting in more efficient construction projects.
We also provide technical, executive, and workshop designs of industrial halls, including special-purpose halls with heavy crane transport.

Our works








Kv Babord, Malmö SWE
A residential building located in Malmö, Sweden, consisting of two sections – 6 and 10 storeys. Our design works involved the complete prefabrication of the building structure, which included composite walls (2,440 m²), solid walls (3,200 m²), filigree slabs (6,750 m²), and balconies (104 pcs.). All prefabricated elements were designed to incorporate necessary components for assembly and installation works such as electrical and sewer systems, health and safety systems, and formwork lost during concreting.
Kv Giffeln, Örebro SWE
A 3-storey building for a nursing home located in Örebro, Sweden. We carried out the prefabrication of the floors using filigree slabs technology (7,080 m²) and composite walls (5,245 m²). Our precast concrete elements were designed to meet safety requirements at the construction site, including components for safety barriers’ assembly.












IKEA, Copenhagen DK
We designed a large-area commercial building in Copenhagen, which features a pedestrian communication route of 3.5 km long terraces. We used filigree slabs (3,595 m²) designed as a composite floor without temporary supports, which were self-supporting during concreting.
FORMEE, Międzyrzecz PL
We designed a precast factory in Międzyrzecz with an area of 6,656 m². Our team carried out the full prefabrication of the structure of the two-nave hall, which consisted of prefabricated columns (103 pcs.), prestressed concrete girders (56 pcs.), and gable beams. Due to its production purpose, the hall has been adapted for heavy crane transport.










Residential and utility building, Słupsk PL
A residential and utility building located in Słupsk, consisting of a garage hall, 5 above-ground storeys, and an attic. Service shops located on the ground floor occupy 680 m² of commercial space, and apartments located on the upper floors occupy 835 m². Our design included two transfer floors that enabled the creation of any space arrangements.
Residential building, Legnica PL
We designed a 5-storey prefabricated residential building with an attic located in Legnica. Our design utilized full walls (3,334 m²) made of expanded clay concrete, which has excellent thermal and acoustic properties. The prefabricated elements were equipped with repetitive groups of electrical points and plumbing accessories. Due to the building’s location, our design included a multi-pitched roof structure, which is unusual for prefabrication.












SOKÓŁKA ZIELENISZ, Gdynia PL
A complex of residential buildings reaching up to 7 above-ground storeys in Gdynia. Our design works consisted of prefabricating floors made of filigree slabs with a total area of 26 086 m². This project demonstrated that a properly designed filigree floor can be just as effective as a monolithic floor. Despite significant openings and large spans, we met the condition of active deflection while optimizing the amount of reinforcement.
Shopping Mall, Krotoszyn PL
We designed a commercial building with an area of 6,700 m² located in Krotoszyn. Our prefabricated structure of the facade reflects the shape of the original form of the industrial plant from the 19th century. The load-bearing system consists of prefabricated columns (85 pcs.), which support the beams (77 pcs.), prestressed beams, and roof girders with a span of over 28 m.
